"Inscribed with 'Sincerity and Loyalty Shine Through Eternity by Mayor of Osaka, Manki Hazama' and 'Presented by the Staff Association of Osaka City for the Rearguard Alliance,' it's believed to be a departure memento. The artist remains unknown, and whether the portrait is printed or hand-drawn is yet to be determined. Made with a wooden roller end, it bears signs of time—stains, minor scratches, discoloration, and noticeable wormholes near the roller end with a slight tear.
