For orders placed by 12pm on weekdays (excluding public holidays/weekends), we guarantee same-day dispatch from our Melbourne location. Orders received after 12pm will still be processed promptly, with our best effort to dispatch them on the same day.

The item you see in the photos is the exact item you'll receive. Our Lego sets are all genuine, brand new, and factory sealed, unless you opt for shipping without the box, in which case it will not be a resealed item.

Please note that while we strive to maintain the pristine condition of our products, boxes may exhibit storage creases, wear, or minor carton cuts, and packaging may incur damage during transit. Therefore, we cannot guarantee mint condition.

Your item will be carefully packed in a box using bubble wrap, paper wrap, or sealed air, depending on the size and volume of the packing box. If you have any specific packing requirements, please let us know.

In the unfortunate event that your item is missing or damaged during transit, we will initiate a case with Australia Post or Sendle, and compensation will be provided as per the Couriers' policy or eBay's money-back guarantee.

Please note that returns are not accepted. If you are a collector or if our terms are not satisfactory to you, we kindly ask you to refrain from placing an order.
