The skewer drive is made entirely of stainless steel ground on both sides. This can be cleaned very easily with a damp cloth
and requires no maintenance. The skewer drive is self-contained and therefore protected from contamination.
The skewers are driven by a motor connected to the attachment, which is operated at 230V. The drive motor is a complete one
New development and cannot be compared with the usual motors for grill skewers, which wobble around when simply hung in their holders.
The attachment has a width of 42 cm and is suitable for all standard mangal grills such as the
Thüros Baikal. The depth can be between 25 and 45cm on different grill variants such as the Thüros
Thoronto or Thüros II with 60x40cm or 42x42cm grill surface can be set.
The distance between the individual shots is 55mm. This means there is enough space between the skewers, even if the pieces of meat or vegetables are larger. This means that nothing collides here and falls onto the hot embers.
