Returns will only be accepted if the buyer is not satisfied with how the watch compares to the description of the product. Please contact us through our email or through eBay messages and we shall gladly offer you a refund. Terms of refund include that the shipped product is returned in the same condition as it was shipped to the buyer and with all the items that were included, such as factory plastic wrapping, tags and paperwork. The buyer must also recheck their shipping address as we are not responsible for incorrect addresses that will result in returns to be declined.
