An original armband or brassard of a Garrison Military Policeman of the Scots Guards in excellent condition.
The felt 'G M P' letters are in red onto a dark blue/black cloth armband and is fastened by tvelcro
To the left of the GMP letters is an original earlier period, gilding metal cap badge of the Scots Guards with its original rear loops held in place by a brass backing plate and split pin.
Probably used in the London Garrison.
An unusual, scarce and interesting piece.
