| Cosmetic Condition |
| The power conditioner in good cosmetic condition: - It has scuff marks, scratches, and general wear from use. Please see the photos for more detail. No other parts or accessories are included. Only that which is shown in the photos will ship. |
| Testing |
| We tested the conditioner by plugging it in and switching it on. It powers on and supplies output voltage to every port on its rear panel (verified with multimeter). This is the full extent of the testing performed. The conditioner is in working condition. |

| If you receive the item not as described you will have 14 calendar days to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (this includes new and sealed items).
