MCM Large Wooden Musical Jewelry Box ~ 9 Compartments One Hidden Plays a Waltz
This vintage MCM jewelry box is a beautiful addition to any collection. Crafted from wood, velvet, and metal, it features a brown color and a rectangular shape. The dimensions are 8"x10"x18" and it has a weight of 9 lbs 1 ounce.
The box has 9 compartments which includes one hidden drawer for that secret item you want no one to find! This jewelry box provides ample storage for jewelry like necklaces, bracelets, anklets, rings, cufflinks, earrings, and body jewelry. It also includes a winding lever that plays a soothing waltz. We believe that the Waltz is the "Blue Danube", but the song plays slower than usual and it is difficult to decide for sure. The lining material is gold/yellow velvet and it is typical of jewelry boxes during the 1970's with that mid-century modern feel.
We have provided many photos, please review carefully. There a some minor scratches and nicks in the wood. The only type of cleaning done is with a microfiber cloth and includes lemon oil on the outside finish. Please be advised that due to the size and weight of this piece, the shipping may be higher.
