Please review the pictures carefully. We have included a copy of what is supposed to be in the box. We believe this is complete, it appears that somebody started taking apart the cards and put together the spinners, and never finished. The spinners do seem warped a little bit they do not seem to spin freely. We did not try to bend them back. There is some very faint yelling on some of the pieces, you can see it on the back of the yellow boxes, see photo. The box also has somewhere from age, nothing major see photo.
