O.P. Co Syracuse China Art Studio covered sugar bowl. This sweet little bowl has a stunning dark pink 1" wide band with black trim accents around the top of the bowl and around the lid. The center design on the bowl is a colorful basket of flowers with a little pink bird perches on the top right. The lid has a butterfly and flower motif. The handles on the bowl and the top of the lid have wonderful curves and black accents as well.

This lovely covered sugar bowl was made by O.P. Co Syracuse China under the Art Studio branding. I was not able to find any other piece with the same pattern so do not know the exact pattern name. My research indicates that this mark identifies the piece as likely to be from the 1930s or 40s.

The piece is in wonderful condition; no chips, cracks or crazing. There is roughness to the surface of the bottom foot. It would benefit from a gentle cleaning.
