This is a control plate for VN-4 baritone guitar. It includes the original horizontally mounted 500k pots with wheels that are completely intact with no cracks or crumbling plastic. There is some scuffing and scratching and the plastic has yellowed a bit with age. Pots were tested before being pulled and are functional.
