Unused vintage Philips Photoflux photographic flash bulb in original cardboard container which being approximately 60 years old has faded slightly.

The bulb is approximately 12cm x 7cm having a blue coloured glass envelope with the fibrous looking element clearly visible. 

I presume this to be a model PF60 flash bulb which has an Edison screw fitting.
