We test Battery operated items are working prior to listing them. However, we do remove the batteries before shipping an item. If we are unable to test the item for any reason, we will note this in the listing description.
Electronics will be tested for power on & basic functions. While we do our best to identify any issues prior to shipping, we cannot always test every function. We will never knowingly sell a defective item without notice in the original listing.
