3. All returned gowns will have a 30% restocking fee applied from the full purchase price of the gown. Any refused or non-deliverable merchandise will also incur a 30% restocking fee.
4. If a negative feedback is posted before an attempt to resolve the problem, We will reserve the right to accept the negative feedback as the final resolution to the matter and a return will no longer be accepted.
