Here is a lovely vintage Royal Doulton "Sweet Anne" bone china lady figurine. It has a green backstamp and is numbered H N 1496. Made in England. I estimate that it dates from the 1960s.

I have placed a ruler in some pictures for size reference. Approx. 7 3/8" tall. Gloss finish.

The green crown backstamp includes: Made In England, Royal Doulton England Bone China "Sweet Anne". Above is "HN1496" and also a faint tiny mark I can't make out. It also has "AH" initials near the backstamp. There is an impressed number in a rectangle.

Please note: the bright white spots in the pictures are camera glare, flash and not paint damage

Gently used clean bright condition. No chips, cracks or crazing. There is a minor paint rub or imperfection on the front edge of the bonnet (shown in the 6th picture) and one tiny fleabite or paint imperfection on the side of the bonnet and minor rubs on the back upper edge (last picture shows both, look like dull tiny white dots and the bright spot at the edge is camera flash). No musty or smoke odor.
