I have here for sale a genuine nineteenth century VELLUM DOCUMENT. This is a VELLUM INDENTURE, dated 6th November 1834. The deed is a conveyance of a messuage and land at Oldbury in the county of Salop. Between Henry Johnson and his wife Sarah, William Johnson and his wife Ann, John Johnson and his wife Phebe, Edward and Joseph Guest, Joseph Collins, Thomas Gilbert, Abraham Fisher to Edmund Clifton. Signed in the presence of Thomas Price.
3 blue stamps to left. Decorative indenture title. 12 red wax seals to bottom. Light tanning/discolouration throughout but only very minor. Slight scalloped top edge.
3 sheets total. The sheets measure 57 cm x 72 cm and are in very good condition.
