I have here for sale a genuine nineteenth century VELLUM DOCUMENT. This is a VELLUM INDENTURE issued in 1826. The deed was a lease for 1 year for a plot of land including messuages, mills and farms. The cost was five shillings from Edward Coates to John Bonas and William Thompson, concerning Aston near Birmingham, then in the county of Warwick. Signed in the presence of Henry Buck and John Tyler.

Blue stamp to left. Decorative indenture title. 2 red wax seals to bottom. Light tanning/discolouration throughout but only very minor. Slight scalloped top edge.

The sheet measures 46 cm x 60 cm and is in very good condition.
