Game is just missing the manual. Has the game board, the pieces needed to build the house, case file envelope, 23 cards, 4 tokens, 8 confidential envelopes, a couple pieces of papers, 4 cardboards, no batteries. The game is tested and working and the board is good condition because where it bends there is some white showing. The box is in okay condition because there are some damages on the edges and corners and it’s pushed down a little bit. Everything else not included the used papers are in good to almost great condition because of small problems like bent corners or slashes. Make sure to check out all the photos and look for small damages that I might miss.
