Basturma is a traditional Egyptian food that gained big popularity through the years. It is a dried salted meat with garlic and special herbals. The package you will receive is a vacuum packaging, so it doesn't include garlic in the package although it was surely used to prepare the basterma. Baturma can be used with eggs as a breakfast or added to bakeries or pasta.
