This top is a Size 3X from Allison Daley.  It very patriotic with its red, white and blue colors and has small stones at the neck.  It is a pullover and measures approximately 48-50 " in bust, and the length is 28"  There are slit cut-out on both sides at bottom giving a little extra length around bottom.  It is 60% cotton and 40% polyester and is machine washable.  Very good shape.  No snags, rips or tears.
