Possibly a very important piece of Golfing history. I Believe this application was filled out (possibly as a joke) in 1941, just before Sam went into the Navy. The card mentions residing in White Sulphur Springs, and Caddying for 12 years as well as coaching other players. The lot also includes 3 original photographs of golfers (I believe the one with a hat on is Sam Snead himself). The application card has been folded and was stored this way (likely for very many years). It will be sent in a protective plastic sleeve but not framed or matted in any way.
