Please check my exemplary feedback and buy today with confidence! Rest assured I am an experienced business seller running an additional fragrance company outside of eBay. I sell only authentic products bought from well established and reputable wholesalers. Fragrances will always be packaged well and securely for posting. Packages are always sent '2nd class signed for' via Royal Mail so please be aware that a signature will be required on delivery. 

Should an issue ever arise, please don’t hesitate to contact me and I will endeavour to resolve it as quickly as possible. I ask you kindly not to leave unnecessary negative feedback which could have a damaging effect on my business. I pride myself on being a honest business owner and seller.

If an item is no longer required or ordered by mistake, a full refund will be given once the item is returned and provided that it is still factory sealed and undamaged. Please note that if a fragrance is returned and the seal is removed or opened, only a partial refund will be given as the item will be unsellable. It is not acceptable to simply change your mind after purchasing. This would not be accepted in any high street fragrance store and the same applies to online stores. With this in mind, please refrain from making impulse purchases of fragrances which you've never tested out before. Buyer is required to pay return 'signed for' postage.
