The Hawaiian Lifeguard Watches are made of 42mm 316L stainless steel cases with 120 click unidirectional rotating timing bezels, screw down crown and caseback to ensure 200 meters of water resistance. In addition, the watches have extremely reliable Miyota Japan quartz movements, highly scratch resistant K1 crystals and comfortable NBR Rubber straps with patterned back for ventilation. Straps also have an easy release pin for fast strap changes. The Indices and Hands are illuminated with Powerful Swiss SuperLuminova for viewing in the dark and underwater. Model HLA 5401 features a Brushed Stainless Steel Case with a Black Dial and a 22mm Black Rubber Strap.

The time piece is shipped in a generic black box with a watch pillow.
