I received this from the Assistant Prop Master on the show.

It includes signed the paperwork from him.

Some of the badges they had were clipped on there hospital garb, and the ones I have were to be kept in their pocket so they could reach in and use it handily to open doors, or whatever they needed to do with it.

The photo of the two cards is just a show with the back looks like. It has an authentic looking magnetic strip. You will receive the one and only DR. MARK GREENE badge that I have.
