Important note:
What should I do if the device fails to com nect to wifi during network configuration?
1. The camera can only connect to 2.4G freguency wifh does not support 5G frequency ba nd witi and mixed frequency wifi and does not support connecting to t he access network set by the router.
2. Please do not go beyond the device connection range. try to move the device closer to the router and tr y to configure the network again.
3. The wifi name exceeds the length and the wifi name cannot be set as hidden.
4. Check whether the router restricts device access.
5. If the device cannot receive the configuration information or cannot be configured for many times,
it is recommended to use the AP hotspot mode configuration.
