OUR STANDARD PRACTICES

Our inventory is stored in a smoke free, pet free, climate controlled environment. However, we don’t always know the previous history or care of our pre-owned items.

 

All pre-owned items are lightly cleaned but may show some wear as they are not new.  All Pre-Owned clothing is washed on gentle using Hypoallergenic Detergents (free of Perfumes & Dyes).

 

 

OUR SHIPPING PRACTICES

All PAID orders will be shipped the next business day.

 

We ship Monday – Saturday to the lower 48 U.S. states using various carriers, including but not limited to: USPS, UPS, FedEx & DHL.  We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or internationally.   The shipping carrier/service will be selected at our discretion based upon location, item weight & quickest transit time.  A tracking number will be provided when applicable.  (kindly note the estimated delivery dates provided by eBay are not guaranteed & transit times will vary by carrier. Please understand, we are not responsible for any delays caused by carriers, as their performance is beyond our control.  

   

    Shipping addresses cannot be changed after payment is made, so please ensure your shipping address is accurate before submitting payment.
