No tags but never actually had a chance to use it. Came in a plastic package but never had any tags.

Has A LOT of straps, small, large, long and short to attach to strollers, playpens, cribs, etc.

Has a detachable clutch to use for your own stuff and plenty of places for baby things and bottles, along with a pocket for a cell phone and a small changing pad that is detachable. The pad isn't the long, full size one but a bit more compact (as seen in the pics I took). One side is the changing pad and the other is mesh. It can hold wet or soiled items.
