Don't let the bellbottoms fool you — this is very old-school gospel from J.D. Sumner and the Stamps, somewhat better known as Elvis's back-up vocalists from 1971 to 1977 (a.k.a. the jumpsuit years). 

Glossy EX vinyl with only a few spindle marks. Nice-looking album sleeve with very mild ringwear on the front and a few old pieces of sticker on the back (see photos).
