I carefully package your purchase in sturdy envelopes to protect it on its postal journey to you.  This includes putting a sticker on the envelope that says, "Do Not Bend."  I also typically tape down any loose edges on the envelope flaps to prevent it from potentially getting caught in the USPS scanning machinery.
