Orders placed before 3:00 pm GMT with cleared funds will be dispatched the same day. Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

• Express shipping is available for urgent items; please select "Express Delivery" at checkout.
• International customers should note that free postage applies only to UK customers. International customers will be asked to pay postage, but rest assured, we offer the lowest prices with better service.

If Item Not Received:

• We endeavour to process all orders promptly but rely on third-party couriers. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, local postal services, or international customs inspections.

Warranty / Returns:

• All our items come with a 30-day peace of mind guarantee (refund or exchange) if you have any concerns.
• Defective or damaged items during transit must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Contact us through the eBay messaging system.
• Simply return the purchased item(s) within 30 days of receipt in their original (resell able) condition and packaging for a refund (minus postage & packaging) or exchange.
• Free delivery applies only within the UK Mainland and is applicable only if you intend to keep the item, meaning postage is included in the cost of the item.
• Any faulty items or wrong items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return postage in any instance. We advise customers to obtain proof of postage in case of the rare event of the item not being received.
• Most of our items come with a three-month warranty covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage or mishandling caused by the user.
• If a supplied item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us via the eBay messaging system for RMA (return merchandise authorization) and return instructions. The item must be returned with the RMA number and a copy of the invoice, stating the reason for return.
• We can process refunds or replacements only upon receiving the item. All returns are processed within five working days of receipt at our office.

Return Postage:

• We will not be liable to pay return postage for local or international customers if the wrong item is ordered or if the item is damaged.
• We will not be liable for custom clearance fees.
• An invoice will be emailed once the item is shipped. EU orders will be subject to "Import Taxes". Please check with your country's customs before ordering.
