Jyouryu Mihata.

A painter of the late Edo period. Born in Kyoto. The characters are Shinshin, and the separate names include Noriyoshi and Noriyū. First studied under Toyohiko Okamoto. He became a household name by boldly depicting flowers and birds in the style of the Shijo school in his costume depictions, and established a rich and gorgeous style of painting beautiful women. One of his students is Shinryu Yoshihara. He was active during the Tenpo era (1830-1844) and lived in Osaka. Year of death unknown.
