ROYAL WORCESTER PORCELAIN TEA CUP & SAUCER.

This is a matching pair of a tea cup and saucer made of porcelain by Royal Worcester and date marked for 1907. The Pattern No is W8009. Decorated with James Hadley's signature roses and gold lining on the white glazed ground. Hairline crack to the cup and some crazing noticeable on the white ground of the cup's exterior.

Cup

Height to top rim: approx. 5.3 cm. (2.1 inch.).

Top rim diameter: 8.5 cm. (3.3 inch.).

Foot rim diameter: 4.2 cm. (1.7 inch.).

Saucer -

Diameter: 13.8 cm. (5.4 inch.). 

Weight: 192.5 grams.

Marks: Printed on the underside of cup and saucer in blue-green is the Royal Worcester mark comprising of the Crown resting on the Circle and 'ROYAL WORCESTER ENGLAND' around the perimeter.  
6 dots each side of the circle and 4 dots below making a total of 18 dots which relates to the Year 1907. Painted alongside this mark is 'W8009/10' which is the pattern number. 
The monogram 'JH'  for James Hadley is painted below these marks only on the saucer. Also only on the saucer is impressed 'E 8'. 

Condition: Good. Hairline crack to the cup running under the handle (See Photograph) and some crazing more noticeable to the white ground of the cup.
