This is only the metal silverplate piece (MINUS THE 2 crystal 'plates') that go to a LABENS DUMBWAITER CENTERPIECE. (Please see reference picture of what it should look like complete.)

The bottom is marked PALENS BELL MARK FROM ORIGINAL SHEFFIELD DIES CIRCA 1800.

Center unscrews at middle for top small glass & bottom unscrews for larger bottom plate.

Silverplate is tarnished as I chose to leave it in original condition and not polish it.
