Necklace    17” L.  x. 3/4” diam of largest circle. Earrings. 2 3/8” from top of ear wire to tip of earring, circles 3/8” diam.

Sarah Lindsay  laminates acrylic dust into thin slices which resemble agate, lightweight and vivid in color. Her unique process enables her to work with color as a material. She hand makes her own material from acrylic particles which is why her work is entitled the ‘Dust Collection’ the name suggests change and the eroded looking edges of the thin slices. In this necklace the slices are mounted in the brass and the polyester coating has variations which allow the brass to show through to continue the eroded look in some spots.

The necklace is seven pieces linked together. This allows the necklace to be shaped as it circles your neck see photos
