All orders will be processed within one business day from the date of payment. The package will be sent to the shipping address registered on ebay, without prior and different communication via ebay message. At the time of shipping you will be sent a shipping confirmation message with a tracking number.

According to Italian law (article 5 D. Lgs 185 1999), if you are not satisfied, or changed your mind about your purchase, you may request to return the item subject to the following conditions:

• No return authorizations will be allowed for any product or order after 30 days of receipt of order
• Items must be in original condition with the product packaging, swing tags, labels and all other accessories included
• Shipping is not refunded
• Return shipping cost are borne by buyer
• Please ensure the box is protected with an outer packaging layer. The box is part of the product, therefore ANY DAMAGE may result in the return being refused.
