Connect USB Stick to your PC / Laptop

Restart or Power on PC / Laptop

Press require key to enter UEFI / BIOS

Usual key to enter UEFI / BIOS/ Boot Options are one of the following F2,delete, F12, F10, ESC  (depends on device manufacturer)

Under boot options, select the UEFI/USB Stick

Save and exit

Your PC / Laptop should restart

Ubuntu logo will appear
