You are looking at a large vintage framed Needlepoint Crest. The words at the bottom say " A Posse  Ad Esse" which  translate as  "From possibility to actuality".  It measures 25.5 inches by 20.5" and has a date of 1932.  The frame is  scratched and chipped and the glass  has a couple of bubbles hence the low auction starting price - but it is nearly 100 years old!   Please note that this item is for collection only. I cannot post it.
