You are looking at an  framed print called "To the Ellesmere Canal Company this View of pont y Cyssyllte Aqueduct is inscribed by their most humble servant George Yates"

It also has "engraved by Francis Eginton" in one corner. The frame is wooden and measures @ 23" x 19". It has  a few minimal marks.
