🌦️The insulation package guarantees the safety arrival of your plants without the insulation package, We are not responsible if plants arrive damaged due to extreme weather. If you need insulation for your plants, please purchase an insulation pack from my store.

Customer satisfaction is my goal. I always do my best to work out any issues and I guarantee healthy plants upon delivery. In case of any issues, claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your package and picture proofs is required. After 7 days, I cannot be responsible. *** If a refund is requested, shipping will not be included in the refund***

💰💚SAVE MONEY by combining shipping on multiple purchases. For each additional purchase, shipping will only be an extra $2. Wait to pay until you are done shopping so your cart will automatically combine shipping for you.

Note: Be careful when you remove the moss. New roots are tender and easily broken. If you remove the plant from its original pot, I will not be responsible for broken roots.
