POSTAGE

For free postage we use "Royal Mail 2nd Class" postage services. It takes about 3-5 working days. This time range is also shown on the order detail's page when you place on order. We also offer "Royal Mail 1st Class/Royal Mail Tracked 48/Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked" services at minimum possible cost.

Return

In case of returning an item please make sure its not damaged and is in its original packaging. Return postage cost cost have to be paid by buyer (as per eBay return/refund policy) unless wrong item sent by us. We always properly check an item before posting for any possible fault or damage.

Refund

30-Days Refund Policy for Any Reason

Products that are in perfect condition can be returned for a complete refund for any reason up to 30 days after the item was shipped to the specified address. The refund procedure will start as soon as the returned item is received back to our warehouse for examination.

2. Buyer bears shipping fees for warranty claims unrelated to quality.
