- We ship orders by the next business day except on weekends. Items purchased on Friday thru Sunday will ship on the following Monday as long as it is not a holiday.
- Tracking and delivery dates on eBay are estimated, NOT GUARANTEED. Please go to the shipping carrier's website to track your order and to get the anticipated delivery date. Delays are possible and out of our control. Many carriers are experiencing delays because of the pandemic.
- We ONLY ship to the confirmed address on the order. We are not responsible for returned items due to wrong address or the inability to forward. All address changes must be made to your account BEFORE you order. We will not be able to change the address after you order. We will have to cancel the order (eBay's policy).

- Please contact us BEFORE OPENING A RETURN. We may be able to work something out.
- Please research the item that you are interested in before buying.
- We do allow returns on most items within 30 days of receipt of the item.
- If you received an item that was damaged during shipping, please provide photos of the packaging and the item. After we have the photos, we can file a damage claim with the carrier and potentially have your item picked up.
