From the 1960's - originally used to hold Cigarette's and lighters. Now used to hold cards and money. 

 In very good condition. 

The yellow internal elastic is all in tact, shows no sign or wear or stretch. External leather is like-new and in perfect condition. 

There is one minor mark on the inside - this is not rust but looks like it is a minor burn mark from a past cigarette or lighter. 

In the internal corners, you can see the underside of the leather showing through - which is also in perfect condition.
