The top pulls over the head and has a power stretch back which gives a form fitted look. Ravens  lettering is stitched at the chest.It has a unique WAVE look with one side being Navy Blue and the other White. It will comfortably fit a 32 to 34" chest (36 but will be snug). The tag states it to be a size 34. 

The skirt is an A-line style with the same WAVE pattern It buttons and zips in the back and has 2 button placements to choose from. It will comfortably fit a 27 to 29" waist. It is 14" in length. 

This uniform is in very good condition but it does have one black spot near the S and a couple of small spots on the back of the skirt...see last photos. Since this uniform has never been laundered, they may wash out when stain treated.
