30 DAY RETURN POLICY

 

• We will accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, less any Shipping & Handling charges. 
• Product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories.
• Please contact us before returning an item to get a RA number. Any return without a RA number will not be accepted or processed.
• All returns should be accompanied with a tracking or delivery confirmation number back to our warehouse.
• Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed.
• Although shipping is free any orders that are returned to us due to a package being unclaimed or undeliverable because of a wrong address, we will charge $6.95 to resend the package. If you request a refund, we will refund your payment minus $6.95
