A pretty Vintage Child's Silver Plated Christening tankard.
Presumably is of Continental origin. There is a name stamped into the base which I can't read.
Nicely silver plated used tankard with a good hinged lid. Slight plate loss to the edges and scuffs from handling, a small blemished area to the front side. Please see picture.
Pretty floral pattern outside and the inside is still nicely gold plated. No previous engraving.
Uncertain of the age or origin but it is still a very pretty small tankard and would make a wonderful gift.
Measuring 3 3/4 inches to the top of the handle or 9.5 cm. diameter of the top is 2 3/8 inch or 6 cm
