Shipping Time:

- Shipping within Sydney usually same-day or next business day

- For delivery outside Sydney CBD, allow 1-2 business days

- For delivery to regional & remote locations, allow up to 7 business days

       - Pls be sure to provide your best contact number (preferably mobile) on checkout in case courier driver needs to reach you to
         provide delivery access to premises. 

Shipping Address:
- Our couriers much prefer to deliver to Automotive BUSINESS ADDRESS such as your selected workshop garage or tyre centre or some form of a business address that is open during regular business hours.

- Buyers receiving orders at a RESIDENTIAL address, kindly make sure someone will be available to SIGN for receiving your order as most courier companies refuse to leave items at a door or gate without the confirmation of a receipt signature.

Receipt of Delivery / Returns / Re-Delivery Policy:
- Kindly make an effort to ensure someone is available to sign receipt for your delivery, especially if it is to a residential address
- However, if no one is available to sign for receiving your order, the items will get RETURNED to a local depot even if the buyer has authorized to 'leave at door or gate'.
- Pls note, most courier companies have policies rejecting to deliver items without the confirmation of receipt signature.
- If your order gets returned to a local depot, it will be the buyer's responsibility to arrange own PICK-UP from depot
- If re-deliveries is deemed necessary, this process will be available at a CHARGEABLE rate and is to be advised on case by case basis.

Order Processing / Cancellations / Refunds:
- Orders get processed instantly during business days.
- Orders placed during weekends and/or public holidays get processed on the next business day.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders and issue refunds if the order is deemed to have an issue with delivery address and/or delivery instructions.
- Paypal Refunds are processed instantly during business days.
- Please allow until the next business day for refunds during weekends and/or public holidays

Important Notes Regarding Our Products:
- Our tyres are ALWAYS current fresh production of the year or manufactured in the previous year from current, unless specified otherwise on the listing,
- We source our tyres through OFFICIAL / APPROVED / AUTHORIZED AUSTRALIAN DISTRIBUTORS OR AGENTS OR DEALERS
- We DO NOT handle, source or purchase through parallel tyre importers
