OVERALL CONDITION: C-7-/C-6+. Tested and runs. All cars look very nice. There are some rubs, scratches and a few small dings here and there, all pictured close up. There is some rust on some wheels. If you look underneath the shell of the powered unit, you will see s tiny bit of solder where someone had once soldered in a light bulb. Looks sharp overall. The scratches are visible close up, but the look of this set is actually quite sharp. The TRACK is a very used mix of Marx with three Lionel. If you want us to replace the Lionel with Marx, we will, but this is how the set came to us. With transformer, used. The SET BOX is present and is P-5 with a torn corner, rubs, writing, tear, discoloration and water staining. It is structurally good and protects the set well. We do accept returns within 30 days. Unless there was an error on our end, return shipping is paid by the buyer and the price of the item is refunded upon receipt of iback at Lone Star Trains. If we made a mistake, we pay the return shipping. Items must be in the same condition as when we shipped. We cannot accept returns on orders that were shipped new and then opened. If there is a problem, such as an error in description or condition, we accept returns within 30 days.
