Shipping Policy

We ship UPS, FedEx, and USPS ground for most small packages. For larger items we will palletize, shrink wrap, and strap.  If a package is damaged upon receipt please refuse the package, so a claim can be made with the carrier. 

Local pickup is available during our business hours (Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm EST).  Please contact us to coordinate a local pickup in advance.  Your order must be paid in full and identification must be provided for local pickup.  Written notice is required in advance if someone other than the buyer will be picking up any purchased items.
