Our guarantee

We test each guitar (e.g. buzz, sound test, workmanship) to be in good condition before shipping. When you receive the guitar, if you have some problems, such as retuning the strings, or if you are not happy with our guitar, please let me know immediately and we will do our best to make you happy.

Return policy

If you receive an item that is broken or defective, please contact me immediately and return it within 3 days of you receiving the original or approved packaging. Upon receipt, we will give you a full refund or exchange. The buyer is responsible for the return cost. If you want a replacement, we will send you a new one and then a shipping label. For lost or replaced parts (original order), we will send them to you. Please read the return policy before ordering!
