Packaging - we do not guarantee mint cards or boxes, if you want mint packaging please ask before buying.

Shipping - all items will be sent boxed and well packaged, all items will be tracked, we set a target of 5 days for shipping but we are usually much quicker than this. Some loose figures may be sent in padded envelopes.

Returns - we are happy to accept returns for any reason whatsoever, buy with confidence, if you aren't happy simply send it back.

Combined shipping - our maximum shipping cost in UK is £6.00 (GBP), the more you buy the more you save. 

International orders - we ship internationally, please ask for a combined shipping quote for multiple items.
