This is an antique sugar jar or relish bowl with lid from Brock of California, manufactured in 1950. It is made of ceramic stoneware, with a small size of 3 inches in length, width, and height. The jar is white with teal accents and features the set of  "Forever Yours". The lid is made with a handle, and the jar has the spoon. I couldn't  confirm the time this item was made.
